TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS -
BUYING THIS TICKET INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS
1. This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venues, event organiser and promoter. Full details are available on request.
2. HINTERLAND IS AN 18+ EVENT. Proof of age and ID may be required at the ticket exchange. Under 18’s will not be admitted.
3. Ticket holders consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion / recording of the festival.
4. No weapons or illegal drugs are permitted. Ticket holders may be subject to being searched on entry, before and during the event.
5. Exposure to loud music may cause damage to hearing, please bring ear defenders / plugs if you require them.
6. No audio or video recording of any kind without prior permission of the organisers.
7. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain whether an event has
been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled

we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation. Please note that we cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the
date of the event.
8. The management reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue, event organiser or promoter. The management may on
occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
9. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. The Management cannot be held responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen. Hinterland Promotions
Limited reserves the right to cancel tickets which it suspects have been made fraudulently.
10. Tickets are sold subject to the management’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events and circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or
exchange tickets.
11. Tickets are to be exchanged at the Central Ticket Exchange for a wristband which allows access to all participating venues subject to individual venues’ legal capacities.

13. Hinterland Promotions Limited accepts no responsibility for any personal property.
14. The ticket holder must comply with all relevant laws, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending this event.
15. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour shall enable the venues or event management to eject you from the venue.
16. All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law.
